We’re excited to unveil something we’ve been working on for quite some time!
For several years we’ve been working on building a proven system for managing the I.T. infrastructure for each of our clients. In pursuit of that, we’ve built world-class documentation, performed regular standards assessments and tweaked our help desk processes enabling us to retain 99.3% of our clients and maintain a 99+% client satisfaction rating. We’re excited to continue pursuing opportunities outside of Indianapolis, so we’re changing our name to “Core Managed, Inc.”
This is only a name change. No change to services, ownership, FEIN or our team. IT Indianapolis remains an “Assumed Name” of Core Managed, Inc., so you’ll see us continue to operate as IT Indianapolis until 12/31/21. The IT Indianapolis website, phone numbers and email addresses will continue to work indefinitely, so don’t worry about not being able to reach us. On 12/31/21, we’ll launch our new website at https://coremanaged.com.
