Spencer’s IT career began in 2019 as a field technician with Spectrum. He quickly found a knack for troubleshooting, as well as a passion for helping others. He’s grown from troubleshooting cable and modems, to configuring servers, switches, firewalls, and beyond. Thanks to his problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure environments, Spencer has a track record of improving help desk efficiency and resolving complex technical issues. He now leads the Technical Support Specialists as the Help Desk Manager, where his focus is developing a team culture that is all about taking care of the customer.
