Brent has served in the IT industry since 1997, working his way through college, and later making a career in the industry. He has had many roles, including Tier 1 and 2 Technician, Refresh Project Team Lead, and most recently a Customer Success Engineer prior to joining the team at Core Managed.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and three cats. Brent spent many years working with local churches and ministries training teenagers and youth workers. Brent has also written several books (with more on the way) across several genres including Business IT Best Practices, Children’s Books, and Church Resources.

Most Enjoyable Project: I was a member of a local team that executed a long-term refresh deployment for a major hotel chain’s property within a 5-hour radius of Indianapolis. We had built a group that knew the process well, and on any given evening of the project, any of us could take the role of team lead and execute the plan flawlessly.
